What is MOMMA’S JEWELS™ privacy policy?
Your privacy is VERY important to us. As part of the order
process, the following information is collected from shoppers:

The information we collect is used to fill orders and to contact buyers if they have questions.
How do I care for MOMMA’S JEWELS™?
Wash daily with warm water and mild soap. Rinse well and dry immediately. Do NOT soak. Do
not place in the dishwasher. Treat your "Jewels", just like you would your fine silverware.
Is sterling silver safe for my baby to teethe and play?
YES! Sterling silver items have been around for generations. Like sterling silver flatware, baby
cups, rattles & teethers, sterling silver is safe and easy to clean. In addition, sterling silver is cool
to the touch, thus soothing to baby's gums. Since, Momma’s Jewels necklaces are worn by
mom, baby can’t drop them and offers 100% adult supervision. With an endless chain, there are
no loose pieces.
Are MOMMA'S JEWELS™ comfortable for mom to wear?
YES! The 30" specific length chain is the perfect length for baby to pick up "rings" to teethe/play;
therefore, baby does NOT pull or tug to reach. In addition, the rings are hollow. So, even though
the necklace is large in size, it is very light.
Will MOMMA’S JEWELS™ necklaces tarnish?
Sterling Silver will not tarnish with proper care & handling. Handling helps keep silver free of
tarnish, so use regularly. However, if sterling silver sits without use, it will tarnish. For your
convenience, Momma's Jewels includes a wonderful non-toxic, environmentally friendly polishing
cloth with each piece. In addition, anti-tarnish strips are now included in our packaging. Wash
well after polishing and before allowing baby to play.
Will I see teeth marks in the necklace?
You may see small teeth marks in the sterling silver as your child teethes. It makes an amazing
keepsake!
Can SMALL amount of discoloration appear along the solder joints?
Yes. Each ring is soldered with silver solder. It is slightly different than the .925 sterling silver
that is used to make the rings. A small amount of discoloration along the solder joints is normal
and polishing does improve. It is not a chip.
How are MOMMA’S JEWELS™ shipped? What is the cost?
All packages will be sent insured ground delivery for a flat rate of $8.95 within the continental
U.S. Once the order is processed you will receive your package within 2-10 business days

What is MOMMA’S JEWELS™ return policy?
You may return any UNUSED item within 14 days with your original receipt and packaging for a
full refund. Buyer assumes return shipping costs. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, please
contact us directly at sales@mommasjewels.com with any questions/concerns.
Should baby teethe on the chain portion of the necklace?
NO. Although the chain is sterling silver, the necklace was designed for baby to teethe on the ring
portion. When baby holds the ring to teethe/play, the chain slides freely along the ring dropping to
bottom it (i.e., away from the baby's mouth).
Can I leave the necklace unattended with baby?
NO! Never place necklace on baby or leave unattended with baby. FOR ADULTS TO WEAR
ONLY.
In addition to the tests performed by an independent safety testing
company, does MOMMA'S JEWELS™ have any additional safety
protocols in place?
Yes. Given that each piece is hand soldered and polished, we test each piece to ensure a tight,
secure, water-free solder joint. Each piece is submerged in water after it is soldered and again
once it is polished. If there are no bubbles/leakage, it simply means there is no water entering
the ring and the joint has been sealed. NOTE: In the UNLIKELY event that you notice a leak or
opening in a ring, stop use and contact us for repair/replacement immediately.
Can the necklace break?
Although Momma's Jewels™ necklaces are made with a heavy curb link sterling silver endless
chain and designed to withstand touching, playing, and teething, excessively hard tugging may
cause the necklace to break. If the necklace breaks, do not allow baby to play or teethe.
