Returns Policy

Our dedicated team of hard working professionals stands confidently behind the quality of all Momma's Jewels products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Momma's Jewels product, please contact our Customer Service team at info@mommasjewels.com or call (864)527-0484. Please note: we are unable to accept engraved pieces as returns.


Most orders ship within 2 business days from receipt of order, excluding weekends. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipments within the continental U.S. to arrive. Physical street addresses are required, no PO boxes can be processed.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APO and FPO order can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO, or International addresses are Priority Parcel Post delivery only. An additional fee does apply.

For Expedited Delivery, orders must be received by 12:00pm EST to be processed the same day, Monday through Friday. Please note Thursday 2 Day orders will arrive Monday and Friday overnight orders will arrive Monday. Overnight and Second Day orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. All expedited deliveries require a physical street address, PO boxes are not supported.

In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, we will no longer be including paper invoices in your shipment. If you would like to receive a paper invoice in addition to your email invoice, please add a note at checkout.
